Di Febo's Restaurant & Bar A Modern Italian Grill
We (the DiFebo Family) started our business the fall of 1989. It started as a small delicatessen, sub shop and pasta house.
We started serving pasta dishes made with my grandparents sauce recipes. My father made (and still makes) the sauces, meatballs and other family delights that have been handed down to him from his parents and grandparents.
We are accustomed to large family gatherings. Therefore, cooking for our customers is really like entertaining for our closest friends and family!
My entire family at one time has been or still is involved in the management and creative process of DiFebo's. My sister Michelle, her son Nicholas, my parents Bob Sr. and Charlotte and my brother Bobby Jr.
My brother Bobby, Jr. has taken his talents with wine and his love for people to new heights. His involvement with our wait staff and personal love for our customers makes walking into DiFebo's an experience similar to walking into Grandparents home!
My husband, Jeff Osias, joined our family team 7 years ago and has helped turn our restaurant into the culinary delight it has evolved into!
I am Lisa DiFebo-Osias. I personally invite you to come and visit our restaurant. Sit down to an unforgettable meal with us, from veal to cheese steaks we have it all!

BETHANYRESTAURANTS.COM REVIEW
We would call this an Italian/American restaurant with occasional menu surprises which fit in neither catagory. We eat here several times a year and the food and service has been a bit inconsistent. Sometimes one of the the food and service is very good and the other not so, sometimes both are good, sometimes very good. It is a popular place in the summer months, so plan accordingly and eat early ( before 6pm) or late ( after 8pm).

Went on Saturday night. The food was outstanding. Service was a little slow but not a problem. Great specials. A little pricey but worth it. I wish I hadn't waited so long to try DiFebo's. Will definitely be back for the Osso Buco.
Every year we make it a plan to eat at Di Febo's while on vacation at Bethany Beach. Their meals are excellent and the service is great! It is one of the best italian restaurants around. A bit pricey but well worth it!
Wife and I decided to give this restaurant one last try before adding it to the increasing list of bad restaurants in Bethany. We, unfortunately, remember a time about a decade ago when eating at DiFebo’s could be a pleasant experience and so badly wish it would return to the quality it once was…. So with our wishful thinking caps on we entered the restaurant with our kids in the hopes that this would be an establishment we would frequently patronize. So with excitement brimming we order some adult beverages… and, the two martinis tasted like something that was mixed with Sunny D juice boxes. Next, we received calamari that was maybe just par, yes somewhat crispy, but lacked any real fresh taste. After waiting close to an hour after finishing our appetizer and several adult beverages to dull the pain of paying for poor service and average food our main course arrived. It was a pasta dish with red sauce that had a “metallic” taste that would make any adolescent kid happy to know Chef Boyardee comes in a number 10 can. Never again!

We usually stay away from here on busy summer nights but they took a reservation and we went. New menu, prices reasonable, and,as usual, food very yummy. Big crowd of people waiting as we left but we were seated right away and food was served in a very timely fashion. Loved the clams casino linguine and my hubby was very happy with the italian sausage and ravioli!
Food not good. Service lacking any kind of cohesiveness. Jambed in a corner. Food served over the top. Pasta like it was heated up from yesterday. Never go back. Bad more than once.
